A separate 4×6 document
Parcel notes use a 4×6 layout and can be printed on a compatible thermal printer. They remain separate from the airway bill or courier label attached to the parcel.
Eleven template categories
Handling warnings, customer instructions, product care, appreciation and branding, unboxing and claims, parcel identification, gifts and special occasions, after-sales, eco-friendly, internal, and custom.
Label language is separate from app language
Each template carries its own language. You can work in English all day and still print a particular customer's label in Chinese or Malay.
QR codes that lead back to you
QR templates can point at your shop's WhatsApp, a product guide, or a review page. They are your own codes — not third-party tracking.
Print one or print a batch
Quick Print for a single shipment, or Batch Print for the whole day's parcels at once. There is also a Multi-Parcel mode for orders split across several boxes.
Your own templates
Beyond the built-in set you can write your own, duplicate an existing one, and mark the ones you use often as favourites. Your shop logo can be loaded onto the label.
