A one-time purchase that is generally final, with limited exceptions and your statutory rights preserved.

Final Sale with Limited Exceptions

Once successful payment is verified, ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Five limited exception categories may be reviewed under the policy below.

Email your purchase reference and explain the issue. Supporting information may be requested.

Financial history remains

Factual payment and transaction records are retained under the applicable policy.

Approved refunds affect entitlement

Confirmed refunds follow controlled payment/licensing processing. Immediate automatic deactivation is not promised.

Purchases are generally final

Yujim is a one-time purchase, generally final once successful payment is authoritatively confirmed. There is no voluntary 3-, 7- or 14-day change-of-mind refund window. No longer needing the software, choosing another product, changing your mind after downloading the installer or receiving licence/access, or not reading clearly disclosed product/system requirements does not by itself qualify for a refund. Your statutory rights remain intact.

Limited exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances. Submitting a request does not mean automatic approval:

  1. Duplicate payment

A duplicate payment or charge for the same intended purchase.

  2. Verified billing error

A verified payment or billing error attributable to Yujim or its system processing.

  3. Paid access not delivered

Payment is authoritatively confirmed but Yujim fails to provide the paid licence or access, and reasonable support and troubleshooting cannot resolve the problem.

  4. Material Yujim-side technical failure

A material technical failure on Yujim’s side prevents use of the core purchased product, after a reasonable opportunity for support or correction.

  5. Remedy required by law

Another situation where applicable law requires a refund or remedy.

Cancelling checkout versus requesting a refund

Before successful payment is confirmed, you may abandon checkout or cancel it where that option is available. An attempt may end as cancelled, failed, expired or abandoned under the relevant payment flow; it grants no licence or paid-download entitlement. If payment is later confirmed successful, any subsequent request is a refund request, not an ordinary purchase cancellation. Payment records and transaction history are retained.

How to request a review

To request a review, email support@yujim.com with your purchase/payment reference, a description of the issue and your support history. Review may cover account ownership, transaction records, licence/access state, troubleshooting history and payment-provider evidence. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, full licence keys or secret payment details. Each request is assessed under the Final Sale with Limited Exceptions policy; sending an email or receiving support does not guarantee refund approval.

Consequences of a confirmed refund

Once an exceptional refund is actually confirmed, licence rights and paid-download entitlement for that purchase end, including future entitled downloads. Licence enforcement must use an approved licensing operation and may need a separate controlled review after the payment provider confirms the refund. We do not promise immediate deactivation. An installer already downloaded may remain on your computer; Yujim controls access and licence rights, not remote deletion of that file.

Already-activated licences

First activation does not create an ordinary refund right. If an exceptional refund is confirmed, previous activation does not preserve paid entitlement. The timing of enforcement in the app may depend on licence validation, offline use and any applicable grace period.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Financial and audit history is retained while a dispute is reviewed. Yujim’s policy is to temporarily restrict new paid downloads and high-risk entitlement actions, including device-rebind or transfer benefits, during review. Opening a dispute alone does not cause irreversible licence destruction or a silent change to device binding. If a chargeback is confirmed against Yujim, paid entitlement ends and licence enforcement uses an approved operation. If Yujim wins, normal entitlement is retained or restored unless another restriction applies. The relevant provider/platform evidence and process determine resolution; no fixed timeframe is promised.

Statutory rights and sales channels

This policy does not waive your rights or remedies under applicable law. Relevant payment-provider or sales-platform requirements, policies and processes also apply where appropriate. Yujim’s policy does not override a remedy required by law or independently granted by that provider/platform.
