YUJIM GUIDE
A practical overview of the intended Yujim setup. Official installer access remains unavailable until a verified release is published.
Recommended flow
Yujim runs on Windows 10 and 11. When a verified release is published, an eligible account can access it from Downloads. Activation and periodic licence verification need an internet connection, and one licence binds to one active device.
In Settings, enter your shop name and logo, then choose Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore or Brunei. That choice drives the currency symbol, which couriers appear, and the dialling code applied to phone numbers and WhatsApp links.
For each product, fill in the name, cost price and selling price. Per-unit profit is worked out for you and shown in the table. Attach a product photo so you never pick the wrong item while recording a busy sale.
Enter the quantity you actually have on hand, then set a minimum level per product. When a balance reaches that threshold, the Dashboard lists it under Products Needing Attention before it runs out.
Pick a product, enter quantity and any discount, then save. Stock is deducted automatically, and that record can immediately become an invoice, a thermal receipt or a 4×6 parcel note.
