Your information
How REDO VENTURES handles information for your Yujim account, purchases and support. Commercial privacy operating details remain subject to confirmation before sales open.
Account, purchase, licence, support and security information supports those services. Personal data is not sold.
Identity verification and review protect your account. Minimum records may remain; your valid licence and Windows files have separate boundaries.
Deletion and no-send records must be checked before a restored system can reopen customer access.
Account name, email and preferred language; purchase/payment references; licence and download eligibility; support categories and optional notes; and limited security/audit records. The browser Demo uses fictional names and phone numbers in your current browser session and does not send its state to Yujim servers.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your email and basic profile with Supabase to authenticate your Yujim account. A matching verified email may link to an existing account. Yujim requests identity access only, not Gmail, Drive or Calendar access, and does not retain Google access or refresh tokens. Your saved Yujim profile is changed only when you explicitly save it in Profile.
Information is used to manage accounts, process purchases, issue and verify licences, provide downloads and support, send important notices, and improve Yujim's security and experience. Operational sales, stock and parcel data in the desktop application remains on your computer and is not uploaded automatically.
Website operational records do not retain full licence keys, device secrets or raw payment/email notification payloads. The separate licensing service keeps licence keys, device-security information and activation/check logs, which may include IP address and browser/device identification.
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, licence administration, support and legal requirements. Reasonable measures will be used to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access, although no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Submit and confirm a request in Account Security, or contact support@yujim.com. This begins a verified review, not instant deletion. No fixed completion time is promised.
We confirm the same Website account through fresh password or Google verification. Google-only customers do not need a Yujim password. If verification is unavailable, contact support for controlled review; the same email alone is not proof of ownership.
An unresolved payment, refund or dispute, active support or licence recovery, security/fraud investigation, or required legal preservation may hold particular records. Holds are scoped; unrelated information can still be minimized. Not every request is placed on hold.
Withdrawal is available only before irreversible processing begins. The withdrawal button is shown when the current workflow permits it; after that boundary, withdrawal is not guaranteed.
Completion means the approved actions were verified, not that every copy everywhere disappeared. Necessary retained records, provider limitations and restricted backups may remain until their approved expiry.
When processing restricts the account, normal sign-in, purchases, licence self-service, new installer downloads and ordinary business emails stop.
Information is deleted, stripped of direct identification, or kept to the minimum required for approved financial, security and policy purposes. Necessary records may remain without a sign-in account.
Account deletion is not a refund, purchase cancellation or licence revocation. It does not by itself invalidate an otherwise valid paid licence on its current device.
Support, proof of ownership and controlled review may be needed later. A new account with the same email does not automatically recover old purchases or licence rights. There is no unrestricted self-transfer.
These are the current policy schedules, not permission to retain unnecessary profile information. Relevant holds apply only to the records they cover. Financial closure means the latest relevant resolved financial event; an unresolved case does not start that clock.
| Record type | Why it may remain | Policy duration |
|---|---|---|
| Paid financial and policy evidence | Payment facts, acknowledgements and related approved evidence | 7 years after the latest applicable financial closure |
| Failed or abandoned checkout | Resolve terminal payment attempts | Maximum 24 months after terminal state, absent a relevant hold |
| Valid licence provenance | Preserve valid licence rights and approved purposes | While the licence remains valid, and for other approved purposes as required |
| Activation and device security | Protect licence/device use | 24 months after the event |
| Fulfilment and verification records | Confirm delivery and prevent reused confirmations or duplicate operations | 90 days after the operation reaches a terminal state |
| Closed support/device-change narrative | Resolve cases without keeping unnecessary free text | Maximum 24 months after closure, subject to relevant holds |
| Transactional email evidence | Delivery and operational accountability | 12 months after terminal state |
| No-send records | Keep applicable email restrictions effective | Purpose-based; review at least every 24 months |
| General security/Admin audit | Security and accountable administration | 24 months after the event |
| Separate deletion evidence | Prevent deleted access returning from an old backup or export | At least 24 months after completion AND until all copies capable of restoring the deleted state are no longer restorable |
| Independent logical backups | Controlled recovery | Rolling maximum 30 days; provider backup limitations are explained separately |
| Windows/customer files | Customer-controlled local use | Outside Website remote-erasure authority |
Personal data will not be sold. It may only be shared with service providers required for hosting, accounts, payments, email or support; when you give permission; or when required by law. The actual provider list will be updated before the production system opens.
Services involved include Supabase, Google, Billplz, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare and the support mailbox provider. Processing regions, backup arrangements and deletion limits must be confirmed before commercial launch. We do not claim an unverified country or immediate erasure by every provider.
Older backups can contain older account information. Yujim keeps separate deletion evidence and checks it against a restored system so an old backup does not silently restore deleted Website access. Deletion and no-send requirements must be reapplied and verified before customer access resumes. If those checks cannot be completed, access stays closed.
Website deletion does not remotely erase sales.db, local backups, invoices/exports, product images, Parcel Note assets/files or installer copies. These stay under your control. Preserve local licence verification material.
For privacy questions or access, correction, consent and deletion requests, contact REDO VENTURES at support@yujim.com. Requests are subject to identity verification and legal and transaction-record obligations; submitting a request does not guarantee deletion of every record.
Contact REDO VENTURES for help or a policy review. We may ask for information to verify ownership and understand the issue; contacting us does not guarantee approval.
